Christmas Jumper Company has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges.
How your order is processed
After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgement of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and acceptance of your order.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Electron. Payments can also be made via PayPal if you are a verified user.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us ASAP 48hrs.

Please note that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is a proof-of-delivery service, and requires a signature on delivery.
We really want you to love your purchase, we make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods please contact us with 48hours of receipt of goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and returned within 7 days of receiving them, please enclose your invoice and a note to say reason for return.
Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.

What makes our design unique and individual is the hand stitched embellishments (eyes and nose) on our christmas jumpers. Unfortunately sometimes these items become loose and simply need sewing back on. if this occurs we are happy to provide new embellishments via post or alternatively we can sew them on for you, please return your item back to us recorded delivery (all postage will be refunded back to you).
We do not offer a refund on such items after they have been worn so please check for loose embellishments within 48hrs of receipt. If the embellishment do become loose once the item has been worn please be understanding and sew them back on or let us do it for you.
Right to cancel this agreement
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days starting the day after delivery (the ‘cooling-off period’) in which to cancel this agreement, if for any reason you are not happy with the goods that have been delivered.
If you wish to cancel this agreement, you must notify us within 48 hour of receipt, and return the goods that have been delivered to you within 7 days. Once goods are returned we deal with your request within 48 hour.
How you can cancel this agreement
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order by calling 01616880867, or Contact Us through our website. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/despatch has begun.
Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.Your refund can take 5/10 working days depending on card or bank issuer.
How Christmas Jumper Company can cancel this agreement
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:-
We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
We are unable to obtain payment
A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified

We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery.
If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them to us.
